Sigiriya day tour

Morning:
Pickup from your accommodation in Dambulla, Habarana, or Sigiriya area.

• Begin with a climb up the majestic Sigiriya Rock Fortress (UNESCO-listed). Explore the Lion’s Paw entrance, ancient frescoes, and royal gardens. Take in panoramic jungle views from the summit.

Midday:

• Enjoy a traditional village experience: a bullock cart ride, lake canoeing, and a home-cooked rice & curry lunch at a local village house.

Afternoon:

• Visit the Dambulla Cave Temple, Sri Lanka’s best-preserved cave complex with over 150 Buddha statues and colorful murals inside ancient rock caves.

Evening:
Relax with a cup of Ceylon tea before returning to your hotel.

Drop-off: Back to your accommodation by evening.
